Brandi Manning, CPM, Advanced RAM
Brandi is a seasoned property management professional who combines her 25+ year career in property management with her degree in Social Work to create a unique approach in
increasing your return on investment. Brandi strives to incorporate her leadership principal of “teaching a man to fish” into her business of consulting, teaching and training in the real
estate industry. Brandi has a strong belief that by providing proper resources and coaching to her clients and their staff , she will serve as a catalyst for the future
growth and success of the company. She embraces both her successes and failures to provide a transparent, humbled approach of leading by example and using failures as an avenue
of getting back up to be even stronger.
Brandi is a graduate of MS State University with a Bachelor of Social Work. She began her real estate management career as a leasing agent shortly thereafter and has worked
her way through the ranks, having served in roles such as Area Manager, Regional Vice President, Director of Property Management, and Vice President. Having managed more
than 12,000 units across the Southeast, she has extensive knowledge of property operations, financial modeling, staff supervision and development, and implementing policies
and procedures for best practices.
Brandi has served as President of the Mississippi Apartment Association, MS Chapter of Institute of Real Estate Management, and MS Multifamily Council. She has also served on the
Board of Directors for Home Builders Association of MS and the National Education Comittee for IREM. She holds her CPM (Certified Property Manager) through the Institute of Real Estate Management and her Advanced
RAM (Registered in Apartment Management) through the National Association of Home Builders. Brandi has also served as an instructor for both the RAM and
CLP (Certified Leasing Professional) courses for MMC. She has received numerous awards and recognition over the years for her hard work, passion, and dedication to the industry.
